Hello there ✌✌

A new year is coming and I’m completely sure  you know that 😅😅  also I’m sure you are thinking about the “New You” like,  new projects;  “ this year I’m going to build my dream body 💪💪💪”, “now is different”, “this is my year” and all the promises and goals that we swear to do every new year. 

Well that’s amazing but if you have been lazy and those goals are  still  in the paper. You should try something different.  

Ask yourself why those goals didn’t succeed.  That’s what do you really want? If you don’t have the energy and enthusiasm to make those goals happen, there is a reason, there is always a reason. So,  try Being  real with yourself, yes,  “yourself”.  Of course, we know people who love us, want the best for us as well, but sometimes your decisions can make those  people mad or sad and you have to make your choice. At the end they will always love you, no matter what. So, If  Make the decision to become that person who  you’ll be proud, it’s going to make someone disappointed, keep in mind that when you get everything you want it, that person will be proud of your encourage and determination.  

I can tell you how difficult it is but also I can tell “ You can”. Don’t be scared to suffer from change.you have the capacity to reconnaissance  when that pain or situation is helping you to grow or, when is something dangerous and you should run away from that. There is no way to success without confidence. you should have confidence but If you don’t have that confidence, make it, work on it. I’m not saying  it’s going to be easy but  for sure you’ll be so grateful for choose to work in yourself.

Talk with people who love you, tell them how you feel about them, that’s so helpful. Sometimes we have bad relationships with  people who doesn’t know about their mistakes or inaccuracy.  

The most important part is; start it and finish it. Ones you start, you’ll figure it out 👊💪💪.

I hope you the best for today, remember that you have 24 hours every day to learn, to grow, to become the best version of yourself.
